外源性植物激素混剂对水稻秧苗的影响研究

【摘要】 不同外源性植物激素混剂对水稻育秧进行应用研究,试验结果表明:(1)浸种育秧方式:水稻秧苗假茎宽和株平均根数比对照高3.2%~35.5%和2.1%~41.2%;喷苗池育秧:水稻秧苗假茎宽高于对照22.6%~48.4%;(2)浸种和喷苗池育秧:水稻秧苗叶片数比对照高1.4%~37.9%和13.6%~19.1%,剑叶宽度均高于对照;(3)浸种和喷苗池育秧;水稻秧苗株鲜重、干重分别比对照提高21.1%~86.7%、14.1%~101.6%和52.3%~63.9%、64.1%~98.4%;(4)提高了水稻秧苗内含物,浸种和喷苗池育秧,水稻秧苗中叶绿素、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量分别高于对照15.4%~95.4%和36.4%~83.1%、6.1%~178.8%和18.2%~75.7%、7.9%~189.3%和77.1%~234.3%;外源性植物激素混剂能健壮水稻秧苗.

【Abstract】 The different external plant hormones mixed-agent was applied to the rice seedlings.The results show:(1)the stalk width and the root number of the rice seedlings with the agent seed soaking treatment were increased by 3.2%~35.5% and 2.1%~41.2% respectively,while the stalk width of seedlings with the agent-spraying on the seedbed was increased by 22.6%~48.4%;(2)the blade number of the seedlings with the agent seed soaking and spraying treatments on the seedbed was increased by 1.4%~37.9% and 13.6%~19.1% respectively;(3)the fresh and the dry weights of the seedlings with the agent seed soaking and spraying treatment on the seedbed were raised by 21.1%~86.7% and 14.1%~101.6%,52.3%~63.9%and 64.1%~98.4% respectively;(4)the chlorophyll,the soluble sugar and the free proline(Pro)content in the seedlings with the agent seed soaking and spraying treatment on the seedbed were increased by 15.4%~95.4%and 36.4%~83.1%,6.1%~178.8%,and 18.2%~75.7%and 7.9%~189.3%and 77.1%~234.3% respectively in comparison with CK.
