【摘要】 文章论述了《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》出台和实施的重大意义 ,认为该法在民办教育的宗旨属性、学校师生员工的法律地位等五个方面有重大突破 ,但还需要进一步解决若干问题 ,才能更有利于促进民办教育的发展更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper expounds the great significance of promulgating and implementing the Non-governmental Education Promotion Law of the PRC, and holds that the Law has made a major breakthrough in the five aspects of its aim, property, legal status of teachers, students and other staff members, etc., but there are still some problems which need to be solved before non-governmental education can be further developed.更多还原
