【Abstract】 Zhuliangyou 83, developed by the Agricultural Research Institute of Xiangtan, Hunan, is a new two line early hybrid rice combination derived from the cross of Zhu 1S, a PTGMS line with low critical sterility inducing temperature and wide compatibility, and Tanzao 183, a newly developed high yielding and multi resistant early indica rice line. It is of strong resistance to coldness in seedling stage, intermediate resistance to rice blast and bacterial leaf blight, suitable growth duration,high and stable yield.It was registered and released to commercial production in Hunan Province in March, 2002. The applying techniques of its cultural management and hybrid seed production were briefly introduced in this paper.更多还原
