【Abstract】 In criminal procedure, the basic structure of the criminal trial program can be divided into two periods- the judges’ activities before opening a court session and court trial. Because of the relevant regulations and habitual ways in the justice practice, our judges’ activities before opening a court session break the modern structure of the criminal trial program. This paper focuses on the present situation of these activities, analyses their abuses and causes and offers some countermeasure to better them.更多还原
