【摘要】 目的 调查不同行业人群中肺螨病的流行特征。方法 询问病史、螨渗液皮试及对螨渗液皮试阳性者进行痰检。结果 对1409人作螨渗液皮试,皮试阳性429人,阳性率30.45％;对皮试阳性或有明显呼吸道症状的457人痰检,痰螨阳性107例,检出率为23.41％,总患病率7.59％(107/1409)。检出的螨经鉴定分5科10属12种。农村磨坊人员患病率为14.10％,其次为面粉厂11.11％,粮库8.28％等。患病率随工作年限及年龄的增加而上升;性别间患病差别无显著性。结论 肺螨病流行与职业有密切关系,工作年限越长,工龄越长,患病率越高。对特定人群要加强个人劳动保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary acariasis in population of different occupations. Methods Inquiry of case history. mites ooze liquid skin test and 24 h sputum examination were carried out in the survey. Results The1 409 persons in different occupations were examined with mites ooze liquid skin test, the positive rate was 30. 45%(429/1409). The sputum examination results of 457 persons (429 with skin test positive and 28 with pneogaster symptoms) showed that 107 were mite-positive with the detective rate of 23. 41%. Total infective rate was 7. 59% (107/1409). The mite detective rates of the persons from rural grindery, flour factory, grain depot, department of Chinese traditional medicine, factory of Chinese traditional medicine, library and cigarette factory were 14. 10% (11/78), 11. 11% (34/306), 8. 28% (25/302), 7. 14% (4/56), 6. 12% (12/196), 5.66% (3/53) and 4. 31%(18/418) respectively. The detected mites belonged to 12 species, 10 genera, 5 families. The morbidity rate was increased with increasing of working time and age, but there was not significantly difference between male and female. Conclusion The relationship between pulmonary acariasis and occupation was close, and the longer of working time, the higher of morbidity rate.更多还原
