【Abstract】 In this paper some representative wheat cultivars of vary period have been used as materials since 1950’s. in which 27 quality indexes have been studied and analyzed in wheat, such as grain physical quality character, flour quality character, starchy paste property and Theological properties in dough, etc. Some central trait evolution has been discussed, the correlation of which has been analyzed. In the last, meliorative potential, breeding object and meliorative strategy in quality characters on subsequent wheat cultivars have been debated.更多还原
