大鼠细菌感染模型血中磷脂酶A2变化的研究
Changes in Phospholipase A2 in Blood of Rat Bacterial Infection Model
【摘要】 目的 探讨血小板型磷脂酶 A2 在宿主防御细菌感染中的作用 ,使我们对 PL A2 分子有新的认识。方法 大鼠静脉注射活金黄色葡萄球菌造成细菌感染模型 ,分别抽取不同时间段的静脉血 ,进行血浆杀菌实验、PL A2酶活性及全血 PL A2 m RNA含量测定。结果 经过活菌刺激后 ,3 h大鼠血浆中 PL A2 的活性升高了 2 7倍 ,此时血浆对革兰阳性细菌具有较强杀灭作用 ;全血中 PL A2 m RNA含量也有所增加 ,1h达最高值。结论 血小板型PL A2 在宿主防御 G+细菌感染中起着非常重要的作用
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the role of rat platelet phospholipase A 2 (PLA 2) in host defense against bacterial infection and to further understand its function. METHODS The bactericidal activities, PLA 2 activity of plasma and PLA 2 mRNA content of blood collected serially from rat before and after intravenous injection of Staphylococcus aureus were measured. RESULTS After injection of bacteria, the PLA 2 activity of plasma collected at 3h rose 27 folds, and possessed potent bactericidal activity towards Gram positive bacteria, and the mRNA in blood also rose to peak at 1 h. CONCLUSIONS Rat platelet PLA 2 play an important role in host defense against bacterial infection.
