【摘要】 目的　探讨慢性丙型肝炎 (CHC)患者可溶性细胞间粘附分子 1(sICAM 1)和可溶性E 选择素 (sE selectin)水平的变化在判断干扰素 α 2b(IFN α 2b)疗效中的意义。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测 3 2例CHC患者治疗前后血清sICAM 1和sE selectin水平 ,逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)荧光定量技术测定血清HCV RNA水平。结果　CHC患者治疗前血清sICAM 1△ 和sE selectin▲ 水平均显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,且均与丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)水平正相关 ( △ r =0 8914 ,▲ r =0 7946) ;IFN α 2b治疗有效者治疗前血清HCV RNA水平明显低于无效者 (P <0 0 1) ;治疗 3个月和 6个月后 ,有效者的sICAM 1和sE selectin水平都明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,无效者则差异不明显。结论　血清sICAM 1、sE selectin水平可用于CHC患者炎症活动的监测 ,并可作为预测IFN α 2b治疗疗效的新指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the levels of sICAM 1 and sE selectin in patients with chronic hepatitis(CHC) and to study their roles in judge of response to IFN α 2b treatment. Methods sICAM 1 and sE selectin levels were measured in 32 cases of CHC before and after treatment of IFN α 2b by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), levels of HCV RNA was detected by quantitative PCR and serum ALT activity was also detected. Results Levels of sICAM 1 and sE selectin in CHC patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls(P<0 01), showing close positive correlation with serum ALT activity(r=0 891 4,r=0 794 6,respectively). In CHC patients responding to the IFN α 2b treatment, levels of sICAM 1 and sE selectin before treatment were higher, but levels of HCV RNA were lower than those in non responders (P<0 01). Levels of sICAM 1 and sE selectin markedly decreased in responsive patients after treatment in 3 and 6 months respectively (P<0 01), while no obvious change was observed in pat ients with no response. Conclusion The measurement of sICAM 1 and sE selectin could be used to monitor the conditions of CHC and predict the effects of the IFN α 2b treatment.更多还原
