【Abstract】 In light of the idea of realizing management by capital, the authors expound the theoretical basis of implementing the integration of the capital of funds and the capital of knowledge and give an account of their hospital’s experience in this aspect. By introducing capital and talented personnel, viz. by liquidating remnant assets through the capital of knowledge and by seeking benefits through capital integration, the hospital has succeeded in inventing a new way of utilizing talented personnel resources and stimulating talented personnel to greater efforts, thus enhancing the speed of its accumulation of capital and laying a solid foundation for sustainable development.更多还原
