一个2型糖尿病家系致病基因的定位

【摘要】 目的　探讨 2型糖尿病的分子遗传机理 ,确定 2型糖尿病致病基因染色体定位。方法　利用微卫星标记 ,对所收集到的 2型糖尿病家系进行全基因扫描和基因分型 ,并用LINKAGE和GENE HUNTER等软件包对基因分型结果进行分析 ,探讨该 2型糖尿病家系致病基因可能的染色体定位。结果　发现在 2号染色体长臂上存在着连锁 ,最大Lod值是 1 80 ,非参数连锁Lod值是 5 .0 6。结论该 2型糖尿病家系致病基因定位于 2号染色体长臂上。

【Abstract】 Objective To disclose the molecular genetic mechanism of type 2 diabetes mellitus and to determine chromosomal location of type 2 diabetes mellitus gene. Methods Genome wide screening and genotyping were conducted in a family of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and linkage analysis by LINKAGE and GENEHUNTER package was used to determine the potential chromosomal location of the family of type 2 diabetes mellitus gene. Results Evidence of linkage was found at the long arm of chromosome 2. The maximum Lod score is 1.80 and non parameter Lod score is 5.06. Conclusion The type 2 diabetes mellitus gene of the family is located at 2q.
