【摘要】 目的探讨儿童肾活检的方法及安全性。方法29例肾脏病患儿经超声引导经皮穿刺活检,经右肾或左肾下极进针,方向自外下向内上沿肾下极皮质取材。结果29例患儿中,25例获取足够肾组织,常见并发症为:血尿(7例)和疼痛(5例),所有病例均未见发热、感染等并发症。结论儿童肾活检取材动作应遵守“快-慢-快”原则;3针以内的活检是安全可靠的;儿童肾活检病理诊断对临床治疗具有明显的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objection To discuss the method and safety of ultrasound-guided p ercutaneous renal biopsy(UGPRB) in children. Methods 29 children were performed UGPRB. The samples were obtained from the inferior pole of the right (or left) k idney. Results The high rate of successful puncture was acquired. Complications were pain in five cases and hematuria in serven cases, but no fever and infectio n in all cases. Conclusions UGPRB in children was safety, the number of puncture were 1～3 times, and it was valuable for treatment.更多还原
