【摘要】 目的了解2型糖尿病有心脑大血管并发症病人的血清IGF-I水平和大血管并发症的关系,探讨在治疗中是否使用IGF-I制剂。方法检测2型糖尿病起病2年之后出现心脑大血管病患者20例以及41例无此并发症的病人的空腹血浆胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-I)水平,进行对照研究,用t检验处理数据。结果两组之间血浆胆固醇(无并发症组为4.95±1.07mmol/L,并发症组为5.95±0.85mmol/L,P=0.15)及糖化血红蛋白(无并发症组为7.96%±1.21%,并发症组为7.07%±1.04%,P=0.17)水平无显著差异,血浆IGF-I水平(无并发症组为217.1±89.0ng/ml,并发症组为361.6±50.4ng/ml,P=0.001)有显著差异。结论有心脑大血管并发症患者的血浆IGF-I水平明显高于无此并发症者,高血浆IGF-I水平是2型糖尿病心脑血管并发症的危险因素,在2型糖尿病的治疗中慎用IGF-I制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the relation between the IGF-I level of s er um and complication of the great vessel of the heart and brain, discuss whether to use IGF-I or not in treatment. Method Measure the free plasma cholesterol, g ly-hemoglobin and IGF-I level of 20 patientes of type 2 diabetes with complica tion of the gerat vessel of the heart and brain after two years and 41 ones with out the complication, carry on comparative study and manage datum with t-test. Result Level of Plasma cholesterol (the result of group without complication was 4.95±1.07mmol/L, group with complication was 5.95±0.85mmol/L, P=0.15) and gly -hemoglobin (the result of group without complication was 7.96±1.12%, group w ith complication was 7.07±50.4ng/ml, P=0.001) between the two groups had not re markable difference, plasma IFG-I level (the result of group without complicati on was 217.1±89.0ng/ml, group with complication was 361.6±50.4ng/ml,P=0.001) b etween the two groups had remarkable differences. Conclusion Plasma IGF-I level of type 2 diabetic complication of the great vessel of the heart and brain is o bviously higher than the patients without complication, The high plasma IFG-I l evel is a dangerous factor for complication of the great vessel of the heart and brain on type 2 diabetes, be carefully to use IGF-I preparation in treatment w ith type 2 diabetes.更多还原
