【摘要】 目的　了解病毒唑、护肺口服液及二者联合应用时对呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)的体外抑制作用。方法　观察不同药物浓度下RSV对Hep 2细胞的致病作用。结果　病毒唑完全抑制RSV复制的最小浓度为 7 80 μg ml,护肺口服液则为 5 0 0mg ml;两药联合应用时 ,完全抑制RSV复制的病毒唑和护肺口服液的最小浓度分别为减少到 0 98μg ml和 0 6 3mg ml,比单独用药浓度均降低了87 4 %。结论　两种药物对RSV都有体外抑制作用 ,联合应用时效果最强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the in vitro antiviral effect of ribavirin combined with an oral preparation of traditional Chinese medicine "Hu Fei" (protecting the lung)on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) Methods Cytopathic effects (CEP) of RSV on Hep 2 cells were observed after adding different concentrations of ribavirin, Hu Fei and combination of both into the culture medium Results The minimum concentration of ribavirin and Hu Fei for complete inhibition of CPE caused by RSV was 7 80 μg/ml and 5 00 mg/ml, respectively When the combination of ribavirin and Hu Fei was applied, their minimum concentrations needed for complete inhibition were decreased to 0 98 μg/ml and 0 63 mg/ml Conclusion Both ribavirin and Hu Fei showed in vitro anti RSV effect, but the inhibitory effect of combined ribavirin and Hu Fei was more potent than either of the preparation alone更多还原
