【摘要】 目的 :探讨心血管内科护士应具备的相关疾病知识。方法 :就心血管内科护士应具备的疾病知识对 10 7名心内科护士进行了问卷调查。结果 :① 9种心血管常见疾病及 5种心血管内科病房常见的相关疾病的各方面知识的认可率均在 90 %以上 ;②最重要的疾病有心肌梗死、心绞痛和心力衰竭 ,其次为高血压、心律失常和糖尿病 ,再次为风心病、心肌炎、心肌病和心包炎 ,需要程度较低的疾病为肺栓塞、脑血栓、肺心病和慢性阻塞性肺疾病 ;③有关疾病的护理及健康教育知识的需要程度最高 ,其次为临床特点、治疗原则 ,而病因机制和诊断标准的需要程度最低更多还原

【Abstract】 cardiovascular nurses were interviewed using questionnaire. The results showed that cardiovascular nurses thought that they not only need the knowledge about cardiovascular diseases but also other diseases that commonly accompany with the patients. However the knowledge about cardiovascular diseases was more important than other diseases’ knowledge. Additionally they thought that the most important knowledge was the nursing and health education related to diseases,the next was the manifestation and therapy principle, and the less important knowledge was the pathogenesis and medical diagnosis standards.更多还原
