【摘要】 探讨了影响单段过氧乙酸杨木NS-AQ浆漂白的各因素,得出单段漂白的最佳条件为:pH值6、温度75℃、时间60min、DTPA用量0.4%、浆浓12%、过氧乙酸用量0.6%,在该条件下将过氧乙酸作为预处理剂进行TCF多段漂白。结果表明,通过Qa-OP-Q-P、Pa-OP-Q-P和Qa-OP-Pa-P的多段漂白后,各项指标分别为:白度84.8%、85.3%和87.3%,返黄值0.56、0.49和0.36,卡伯值5.0、4.8、4.0,粘度792mL/g、821mL/g和767mL/g,得率87.8%、89.9%和89.4%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper discussed the factors affecting single peracetic acid bleaching of aspen NS-AQ pulp.The optimal conditions were as follows :pH value6,temperature75℃,time 60min,DTPA0.4%,pulp consistency12%and peracetic acid dosage0.6%.Peracetic acid can be used as pretreatment agent in TCF multistage bleaching in conditions mentioned above.The character of the pulp bleached by Qa-OP-Q-P,Pa-OP-Q-P and Qa -OP-Pa-P were accordingly:brightness84.4%,85.3%and87.3%ISO,yellowing value0.56,0.49and0.36,kappa number5.0,4.8and4.0,viscosity792mL/g,821mL/g and766mL/g,yield87.8%,89.9%and89.4%.更多还原
