白腐菌对染料废水脱色及降解的研究

【摘要】 从自然界中采集 ,经分离、纯化 ,获得在固体培养基平板上对染料有脱色作用的 1 3株白腐菌 ,最终筛选出对各种染料具有较强脱色、降解能力的白腐菌 3株。研究了 3株白腐菌对各种染料的脱色、降解情况及培养液最大吸收波长的变化。

【Abstract】 strains white rot fungus, which have the ability of decolorizing of dyestuff were obtained from nature by isolation and purification. And 3 strains of them were selected due to their stronger ability of decolorizing than the others. Their efficiency of decoloring, degradation and the change of λ max of culture liquor was studied.
