【Abstract】 The countermeasures of standardized administration of drug purchasing by collective bidding are discussed on the basis of analyzing the existing problems. In order to insisting on the principle of justice and open and honesty credit, some measures should be taken in drug purchase through collective bidding. The personnel involved in the allied workgroup should be qualified, the impersonal score criterion should be established in assessing bidding, computer should be applied and a standardized administration system should be established.更多还原
