【摘要】 目的:通过对手术前后小儿及家长心理状态及麻醉前用药途径选择的调查,了解他们的心理变化和对麻醉前用药途径的需求,为合理用药提供依据。方法:调查107例,3 d～14岁小儿及家长对手术的心理状态以及小儿和家长喜欢的麻醉前用药途径。结果:手术前绝大多数家长都表现为紧张或恐惧;手术种类不同,小儿及家长表现出不同的心理状态;年龄越小,小儿越闹家长术前越紧张;麻醉前用药途径口服给药最易被小儿接受。结论:手术和打针均可导致小儿及家长的恐惧,术前采用小儿易接受的经口给药途径实施麻醉前用药是缓解恐惧心理的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: By investigating the psychological condition of the children and their parents before and after operation and their choice of the premedication route, we tried to find a reasonable feasible route of premedication. Methods: Through talking with 107 children and their parents, we investigated psychological condition of the children and their parents before operation and the route of premedication which they preferred. Results: Most of the parents showed anxiety and fear before operation. Different kinds of operation made different psychological condition. Parents whose children receive major operation and orthopaedic surgery showed more anxiety than those whose children receive minor operation. The younger the child was, the more nervous the parents were. The investigation about the route of premedication showed that oral administration was the best. Conclusion: Operation and injection will result in anxiety and fear in children and their parents. Therefore, it is most effective to overcome fear by choosing the premedication through oral administration.更多还原
