福州市登革热流行特征与蚊媒种群关系的研究

【摘要】 目的 研究 1999年福州市爆发登革热的流行特征与媒介白纹伊蚊种群等因素之间的关系。方法 开展流行病学个案调查 ,应用快速免疫色谱测试卡检测病人血清中IgM与IgG。采集登革热患者早期外周静脉血和捕捉伊蚊虫 ,接种C6/3 6细胞系作病毒分离及型别鉴定。建立疫情监测点和生态学观察点 ,全年观察幼虫的生态习性和季节消长规律 ,开展幼虫房屋指数、容器指数、布雷图指数测定。结果 经流行病学调查研究与病原学检测确认为Ⅱ型登革病毒所致 ,本次流行的传播媒介是白纹伊蚊。主要流行特征的总发病率为 3 5 6% ,以 2 0~ 49岁年龄组为主 ,女性发病率高于男性 ,职业分布以农民、商人为主 ,分别占 45 84%和 2 1 0 5 % ,呈明显的家庭聚集性和季节性 ,病例集中在 8至 9月份。媒介伊蚊虫密度 6月初至 9月下旬分别出现主次高峰 ,与登革热流行季节相一致。结论 本次登革热的主要流行特征与疫区白纹伊蚊孳生地广泛存在 ,密度高 ,人群普遍易感和气候等因素有着直接的关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship of Dengue between the main epdemic features and mosquitoes’ species of Fuzhou in 1999 Methods IgM and IgG of patients’ blood were detected by using rapid immune-spectrum card,whicle to capture the mosquitoes,C6/36 cell series were in jected to isolate the virus and to identify the types To set up the observation spots of epidemic diseases and ecology,the arganisms’ habits of Aedes albpictus are detected around the whole year Larva house index,container index and Bretrau index were detected Results The pathogen was type-B virus of dengue fever The incidence rate was 3 56% The patients are 20-49 ytars old mostly The female incidence rate was higher than male The incidence rates of peasants and merchants were highest,which were are 45 8% and 21 05% It appeared family clustering and seasonal variation The most patients appear during August and September The main summit of mosquitoes’ density appears in the early of June and the second in the late of September,which coordinate with epidemic season of Dengue Conclusions This epidemic feature of Dengue has the direct relationship on the factors of the vast existing of Aedes albopictus’ bredding place,high densioty of Aedes albopictus,people sensitive to Dengue and the climate
