先天性色觉异常颜色视觉诱发电位的初步研究
Investigation on chromatic pattern visual evoked potential (CP-VEP) of congenital color vision deficiency
【摘要】 目的 探讨先天性色觉异常的颜色视觉诱发电位特征 ,为先天性色觉异常的临床研究提供新的方法。方法 用计算机软件技术 ,PR 65 0分光测色计严格控制亮度因素和颜色因素 ,设计并制作了单纯亮度对比、亮度对比联合颜色对比、单纯颜色对比三组视觉刺激条件 ,第一组为黑 白棋盘格翻转刺激条件 ,第二组为红 白、绿 白和灰 白格三种刺激条件 ,第三组为红 绿、红 灰、绿 灰格三种刺激条件。分别对 45例正常儿童和 1 8例色觉异常儿童进行多导彩色图形翻转视觉诱发电位 (CP VEP)的研究。结果 第一组单纯亮度对比刺激条件下 ,色觉异常组和正常组比较 ,P1波的潜伏期和振幅均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。第二组亮度对比联合颜色对比刺激条件下 ,正常组P1波潜伏期比较 ,灰 白格比红 白格延长 1 6ms (P <0 0 5 ) ,色觉异常组P1波潜伏期和振幅无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,红 白格刺激条件下 ,异常组的P1波潜伏期比正常组延长 4 3ms,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。第三组单纯颜色对比刺激条件下 ,正常组P1波潜伏期比较 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1 ) ,色觉异常组P1波潜伏期和振幅均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,红 灰格和红 绿格刺激时 ,色觉异常组的P1波潜伏期比正常组分别延长 1 7 8ms和 9 1ms ,差异有高度显?
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of congenital color vision deficiency by means of chromatic pattern visual evoked potential (CP-VEP) and to provide a reference methodology in clinical color vision examination. Methods Seven kinds of reversal checkerbord patterns are simulated as stimuli, including simple luminosity contrast?luminosity contrast combined with color contrast?simple color contrast. In our study, CP-VEP have been recorded from 45 normal subjects and 18 children with congenital color vision deficiency (trial group). Results In simple luminosity contrast pattern (black-white) there was pattern no significant difference in latency and amplitude between trial group and normal group (P>0.05). In red-white pattern the latency was significantly longer 4.3ms in trial group ( P<0.05 ), while in green-white and gray-white no significant difference (P>0.05). In luminosity contrast combined with three kinds of color contrast pattern the latencies were significantly different in normal group (P<0.05), while not significantly different in trial group (P>0.05), the latency in trial group was significantly longer than that of normal. When giving simple color contrast, the latency have significant difference in normal group, however no significant difference in trial group is observed. Conclusions It is feasible to evaluate color vision by means of chromatic VEP in clinical practice. The visual pathway to conduct the color and brightness may be different, The color visual pathway probably have problem in patients with congenital color vision deficiency.
