【摘要】 为了解复方次氯酸钠消毒剂对肺炎克雷伯菌的杀灭效果及影响杀菌效果的因素,在试验室内采用载体定量杀菌试验进行了观察。结果,复方次氯酸钠消毒剂含有效氯100mg/L作用3min,50mg/L作用5min,对肺炎克雷伯菌杀菌率均达到999.％以上;小牛血清对复方次氯酸钠消毒剂杀灭肺炎克雷伯菌有影响;该消毒液随着温度的升高,对受试菌的杀灭能力也随之增高;消毒液的pH值为5、7、9时,对受试菌的杀灭效果无明显影响,但其pH值达到11时,杀菌效果明显下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the efficacy of compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant in killing Klebsiella pneumoniae and the factors influencing its germicidal efficacy, carrier quantitative germicidal test was observed in laboratory. The results showed that compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant containing available chlorine 100 mg/ L with a 3 min contact time or containing available chlorine 50 mg/ L with a 5 min contact time killed over 99.9% of Klebsiella pneumoniae. Calf serum had influence on efficacy of compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant in killing Klebsiella pneumoniae. The ability of this disinfectant in killing test bacteria increased with increasing temperature. When the pH value of the disinfectant was 5, 7 or 9, the efficacy in killing test bacteria was not influenced obviously, but when the pH value attained 11, the bactericidal efficacy decreased obviously.更多还原
