【摘要】 介绍了果醋及醋酸饮料生产的条件、功效 ,探讨了果醋及醋酸饮料的生产工艺过程及制备方法。
【Abstract】 The paper introduced the condition and efficency of fruit vinegar and acetic acid drink and the technology of producing fruit vinegar acetic acid drink were studied.
