广西社区图书馆建设设想

【摘要】 广西社区图书馆的建设 ,关键在于加强政府行为和抓好布点规划。其建馆模式主要应采取联合式 ,其组织保证是建立社区馆系统管理委员会 ,必须按规范要求进行建设 ,建设资金应以各级政府投入为主。参考文献 8。

【Abstract】 The authors think that the key for the development of community libraries in Guangxi is to strengthen government behaviors and make good plans. Besides, they discuss library patterns, organization structures, regulations, and government budget allocation. 8 refs.
