【摘要】 随着改革开放的不断深入,工程造价领域的改革逐步与国际接轨。文章对目前工程造价主要采用的以定额为基础的工料单价法与以市场报价为基础的综合单价法进行分析比较,提出了采用工程量清单综合单价法和综合指标包干法,在工程招投标、工程造价控制、竣工结算和竞争定价等方面所具有的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of reforming and opening out, the reform in construction cost field is gradually approaching the international level. Based on analysis and comparison on main figuring methods of construction cost at present - the quota-based unit price method of construction material and the market quoted price-based comprehensive unit price method, the comprehensive unit price method of bill of quantities and the comprehensive index complete rationing method are proposed because of their superiority in project bidding, construction cost control, settling accounts and cost competition etc.更多还原
