江口拱坝温控措施研究

【摘要】 用中国水利水电科学研究院开发的SimuDam程序和SAPTS程序,对江口拱坝的河床坝段及6#岸坡坝段的基础约束区,依据设计施工单位提供的气象资料、坝体混凝土和基岩材料参数以及坝体施工进度,对不同的温控方案,分别用二维与三维有限元进行了温度场及应力场的仿真计算。计算结果表明:河床坝段因坝块横截面积小、气候条件较好,其温度应力较小,只需作较弱的温度控制即可;岸坡坝段因其座落在斜坡上,其温度应力比河床坝段的要恶劣,必须采取严格的温控措施才能满足要求。该成果已用于工程实践,并取得了满意的效果。

【Abstract】 The authors simulated the temperature field and stress field of riverbed monoliths and No6 abutment monolith in Jiangkou arch dam during the construction process by using SimuDam software and SAPTS software, which include a 2D FEM and a 3D FEM and were developed by IWHR. The design institute and the construction company of the project provided the actual meteorological data and data of construction material, foundation rock and dam construction schedule, etc. The simulation results showed that the thermal stress in the riverbed monoliths was small and no special temperature control measure would be needed; but for abutment monoliths, the thermal stress was large and special temperature control measure must be considered. According to the results, the design institute and construction company adopted appropriate temperature control measures and achieved good results in engineering practice.
