【摘要】 本文对我国东部、中部与西部地区的工业经济发展与环境污染治理进行了定量的比较研究。分析了各地区工业经济发展与环境污染之间的内在联系及差异,揭示了各地区不仅工业经济发展水平存在较大差距,而且环境污染治理也存在较大差距的重要特征。因此,走新型工业化发展道路是西部全面建设小康社会,实施追赶战略,缩小东、西部差距的必然选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes a quantitative comparative study between industry growth and pollution prevention in eastern,central and western regions.It analyses and reveals the internal relevance and disparity between the in-dustry development and environment pollution prevention in these three regions.It points out that a big gap not only exists in regional industry development but also regional pollution prevention.The new type of industrializa-tion is the necessary choice to develop the west and shorten the gap between the east and the west.更多还原
