【摘要】 C -2 0 0 0是一种适用于不浸酸鞣制工艺的特殊铬鞣剂 ,研究了其在山羊皮工艺中的应用。浸酸鞣制和不浸酸鞣制对比试验表明 :不浸酸鞣制成革干燥后面积收缩、颜色较深。为了克服上述缺点 ,试验中在不浸酸鞣制前采用了不同预处理的方法 ,并与不预处理鞣制进行对比。试验表明 :与对比样比较 ,采用ART -1树脂预处理后不浸酸鞣制的革 ,颜色较浅 ,三氧化二铬吸收率较高 ,柔软性较好 ,但物理机械性能略有下降更多还原

【Abstract】 Chromitan without pickling C-2000 is a new-type of chromitan,which is intended for chrome tanning without pickling.To broaden its application,further research was carried out to deal with the present disadvantages-area shrinkage after drying and the deep color of wet-blue compared to traditional tanned leather.The application was focused on goatskin,especially intended for shoe upper leather.For pickling-free tanning,pre-treatment with different chemicals was adopted,meanwhile compared with the methods without pre-treatment.By improving the former process without pickling,a successful one was achieved.The experiment shows that leather made with the new process is qualified with those with traditional methods.Compared to the control,leather omitting pickling pretreated with ART-l is lighter in color shade,with higher absorption of Cr 2O 3 and better softness.更多还原
