【摘要】 目的 :总结后尿道狭窄的治疗经验 ,提高治疗效果。方法 :后尿道狭窄 42 6例 ,经会阴途径手术治疗 341例 ,尿道内切开方法治疗 85例。分析并总结了 2 2年的治疗经验。结果 :尿道内切开方法治疗 85例 ,随访 77例 ,72例尿流率正常 ( 93 .8%)。经会阴部倒Y形切口尿道对端吻合方法治疗 341例 ,随访 2 5 4例 ,2 2 9例尿流率正常 ( 90 .2 %)。结论 :尿道内切开适用于前列腺部或膀胱颈部尿道狭窄和狭窄段 <1cm的膜部尿道狭窄。尿道对端吻合方法是治疗后尿道狭窄的主要术式 ,也是修补复杂性后尿道狭窄较为理想的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic result of posterior urethral stricture. Methods:Four hundred and twenty-six cases of posterior urethral stricture were reviewed.Eighty-five cases received endoscopic urethrotomy. Three hundred and forty-one cases were treated via transperineal approach.Results:93.8% of those underwent endoscopic urethrotomy and 90.2% of those underwent transperineal surgery were successfully cured with one time operation. Conclusions:Transperineal end-to-end anastomotic urethroplasty and endoscopic urethrotomy are two effective and preferable choices for the treatment of posterior urethral stricture.更多还原
