【摘要】 由于地质环境恶化,近年来崩塌、滑坡、泥石流、地面塌陷等灾害在云南频繁发生,严重危及灾区人民的生命财产安全并严重影响经济建设的顺利进行。从云南的环境现状,地震及新构造运动,地层岩性及其岩土体工程地质特性,气象、水文等自然环境格局的背景因素(内因及诱因)入手,举例分析影响我省环境恶化的外因,在此基础上,提出防灾减灾的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Owing to geological environmental deteri or ation,hazards like collapse,landslide,debris flow,and surface subsidence fre quently take place in Yunnan,seriously endangering disaster area people’s life and property safety and seriously affect eco-nomic construction smoothly going on.Start with environmental status quo and natural environmental pattern’s back ground fac-tors(internal cause and predisposition)such as earthquake and neot ectonics,strata lithology and geotechnical engineering geo-logical characters ,weather and hydrology and so on,par examples analyze external factors that im pact environment worsen in the province.On this basis,put forward hazard pre vention and reduction countermove proposals.更多还原
