【摘要】 目的　观察严重急性呼吸道综合征 (SevereAcuteRespiratorySyndrome ,SARS ,即传染性非典型肺炎 )经积极治疗后恢复期胸部X线表现。方法　回顾性分析经临床诊断的 2 0例SARS病人恢复期的X线表现。恢复期标准为体温正常 3天且胸片明显吸收 5 0 %以上。本文所有患者均符合该标准。结果　 80 %的SARS恢复期患者肺部病灶基本吸收 ,2 0 %的患者遗留有不同程序的肺部病变。结论　SARS患者积极治疗肺部病变大部分可以吸收 ,少部分患者肺组织遗留有不同程序的病变。肺部CT扫描可以更好的了解肺内病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the radiological features fo SARS patients in recovery stage. Methods To retrospectively analyze the x-ray features of patients with SARS in recovery stage.The standard of recovery stage was that the temperature was normal and the lesions on the plain film was vanished more than 50%.All the patients accorded the standard. Results A majority of lesions were disappeared essential.A minority of them left behind some injury. Conclusion The lung lesions of most patients were absorbed on the active treatment.A few patients’lungs would been injured by the left lesions.更多还原
