股骨头坏死的系统康复治疗

【摘要】 目的　探索治疗股骨头坏死的理疗和体疗等康复治疗方法 ,并观察其治疗效果。方法　采用音频、旋磁、微波疗法 ,配合推拿、牵引 ,并结合自主锻炼、器械训练等综合治疗 32例 (5 8个髋关节 )。以髋关节功能测定及 X线片改变作疗效标准评价治疗结构。结果　优 2 0例 ,良 15例 ,可 16例 ,优良率 6 0 %。结论　音频、旋磁、微波疗法结合推拿牵引和体育疗法能显著地减轻股骨头坏死的临床症状 ,改善髋关节功能 ,延缓股骨头塌陷的发生 ,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Ti investigate the method and its cilinical results in the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods 32 cases(58 ill hip-joints) were treated by audio audio frequency.electro magner,microwave,massage,tractor and the training.To evaluate the results of the functional measure of hip joint and change of X-ray photograph.Result 20 cases were excellent,15 cases good,and 16 cases fair,The rate of excellent and good was 60%.Conclusion The therapy with audio ferquency,electro magnet,microwave massage,tractor and the athletics can obviously alleviate clinical symptoms,and can improve function of hip joint and the living quantity of patients,and can retard the collapse of femoral head.更多还原
