软岩巷道网壳喷层新技术
Shell Shotcrete Structure in Soft Rock Tunnels
【摘要】 根据地面大跨度壳体结构的力学原理,研究和设计了地下巷道新型的网壳喷层结构.它可以大幅度提高喷层的抗弯能力,并使喷层整体具有一定的可缩性,能承受强大变形地压及采动荷载.在软岩巷道中进行的工业性试验,达到了用较少材料又提高喷层支撑能力与让压的目标.
【Abstract】 On the basis of mechanics theory of special large-span shell structure, a new type of shell shotcrete was studied and designed. It can improve the bend resistance of the shotcrete, and make the shell shotcrete structural compressibility. The new structure has an ability to sustain the great soil pressure and dynamic force. The practical test in the soft rock tunnel indicate that the new structure can economize on materials and play an important part in yield and supporting capacity.
