CAPP技术的智能化发展思路
Computer Aided Process Planning: Survey and Future Trends
【摘要】 对CAPP技术发展现状进行了分析和讨论,提出了建立人机协同智能工艺设计系统(M2CAPP)的设想。在这样的人机系统中,除了人工智能技术外,其它技术,如计算机图形图像处理技术、多媒体技术、可视化技术以及虚拟现实技术等都可以用来帮助工艺人员解决工艺设计问题,拓宽了CAPP技术实现的途径和手段,开辟了CAPP智能化新的方向。
【Abstract】 A comprehensive summary on the state-of-the--art and future trends in CAPP is presented. We sys-tematically analyze all kinds of CAPP techniques, includ-ing traditional, intelligent and manufacturing mode ori-ented CAPP techniques. Among these, to increase intelli-gence of CAPP system is the most important content forCAPP development. It is pointed out that sotne criticalproblems exist in the course of in creating intelligence ofCAPP system, where human’s intelligence was normallyignored and artificial intelligence or machine intelligencewas overly emphasized. A proposal is given to establish aMan--Machine Cooperative Process Planning (M2CAPP)technique, in which besides artificial intelligence, othercomputer techniques, e. g. multimedia technique, visual-ization and virtual reality techniques etc., could be usedfor leverage of human’s intelligence in process planning.M2CAPP technique will be a new way to create the intel-ligence of CAPP system.
