【Abstract】 In order to control the product developmentprocess effectively, a method to integrate project manage-ment and workflow technologies was proposed in the pa-per. Defining a formal event--based process model, theworkflow model and product development project processmodel were defined. A kind of workflow dynamic compo-sition method that can make the process model changeddynamically according to the status of project was intro-duced in detail.
