动力传动系统变矩器输入转矩测定方法研究
Study on the Testing Method of Power Transmission System Hydraulic Converter Input Torque
【摘要】 提出通过采集液力变矩器泵轮与涡轮转速 ,利用液力变矩器固有特性 ,经计算得到工作过程中发动机输入到液力变矩器泵轮上转矩及涡轮负荷转矩的新方法。该方法不采用转速转矩传感器 ,而采用磁电式转速传感器 ,传感器体积小、传感器布置方便、测点可选择性强。经实验验证本方法准确可行 ,且测量精度较高 ,可用于实车中发动机输入到液力变矩器泵轮上静态与动态转矩的测定
【Abstract】 This paper provides a new method to abtain the torque which is transmitted from engine to the hydraulic converter pump wheel, by acquiring the rotation speed of hydraulic pump and turbine wheel. The experiments verified that the method is accurate and acceptable and can be employed in a real vehicle to test the torque transmitted from engine to the hydraulic converter pump wheel.
