【摘要】 针对LOM快速成形机存在的火灾隐患 ,对其防火报警系统进行了研究 ,研制出了一套LOM快速成形机火灾报警系统。采用紫外火焰传感器作为火灾检测的传感元件 ,系统不但具有声光显示、报警的功能 ,而且还具有传感器自检、与快速成形机的控制计算机进行通讯等功能 ;通过采用看门狗技术、软件去抖滤波技术以及硬件滤波等技术大大地提高了系统的可靠性 ;根据火灾信号特点 ,采用模糊神经网络自动生成隶属函数和提取模糊规则 ,可明显提高火灾探测的灵活性和准确性 ,降低了火灾报警的误报率 ,实际使用表明该系统的火灾报警率达到 1 0 0 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 A set of intelligent fire alarming systems are designed to protect the LOM RPM from being damaged by hidden danger. Through the comparison between methods of fire alarming, the authors proposed to use the UV sensor as the detecting component, and to select the threshold value by applying intelligence. In the system,lots of steps on anti-interference are applied. Thus,the flexibility of system is improved,the reliability of system is increased and the errors on fire alarm are decreased.更多还原
