平面二次包络环面蜗杆副的数字制造
Digital Manufacturing of Planar Double-Enveloping Worm Gear Drive
【摘要】 平面二次包络环面蜗杆副在传统模式下设计、加工复杂 ,难以适应市场快速多变的要求。提出蜗杆副的数字制造策略 ,从数字化造型方案、接触性能仿真、加工工艺自动规划、数控加工方案及误差检测等方面 ,论述了平面二次包络环面蜗杆副数字制造的必要性和可行性。
【Abstract】 Planar double-enveloping worm gear drive is an excellent transmission mechanism, but it is not used widely in China because of the old manufacturing mode. To survive in IT era, planar double-enveloping worm gear drive should have a complete new manufacturing mode—— digital manufacturing. This advanced mode includes virtualization in design, CNC machining, digitalization in process planning and error-detecting.
