【摘要】 目的评价调Q-Alexandrite激光治疗太田痣的临床疗效及影响疗效的有关因素。方法对随访的经调Q-Alexandrite激光(波长755nm、光斑直径3mm、脉冲时间50ns、能量密度6.0～10.0J/cm2)治疗的329例太田痣患者,分析其疗效及与治疗次数、治疗剂量、治疗间隔时间、治疗部位及年龄的关系。结果329例患者中,无一例有瘢痕形成,疗效随治疗次数、剂量增加而提高,治疗间隔5～6个月较为合理,睑、颞、颧部疗效逊于额、颊部位,婴幼儿治疗次数明显少于成年人。结论调Q-Alexandrite激光能无创性治疗太田痣,治疗效果与治疗次数、治疗剂量、病变部位、患者年龄和治疗时间间隔有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinical response and affected factors of nevus of Ota to Q-switched Alexandrite laser. Methods A total of 329 patients were studied in order to analyse the therapeutic effects of laser and the relationship between their effects and the treatment session,energy, interval, location and age. Results No scar formation was found in all patients. The clinical response improved with the increase of treatment sessions and energy. The treatment interval of 5-6 months was more appropriate. Cheek,forehead areas showed better response than eyelid,temporal and cheekbone areas. The treatment sessions in infant were fewer than adults. Conclusions Q-switched Alexandrite laser is an ideal method for treating nevus of Ota without injury.更多还原
