【摘要】 介绍聊城发电厂600MW“W”火焰锅炉的设计特点和燃烧优化调试方法、结果及经验。通过采用调整磨煤机和燃烧器的风煤均衡,增大送风机入口截面及提高氧量运行,改进磨煤机分离器和回粉阀结构,调整装球比例、分离器挡板角度和尺寸,减少卫燃带面积等综合措施后,飞灰含碳量由20%下降到6%左右,NO,排放量由1500mg/m~3下降到1000mg/m~3左右,同时解决了炉膛卫燃带严重结焦问题。

【Abstract】 This paper briefs the design features, combustion optimization and debugging method, results and experiences of 600 MW W-flame boiler in Liaocheng Power Plant. Through adjusting the air-coal balanced ratio of coal tube mills and burners, enlarging the inlet cross section of forced draft fans, increasing oxygen amount, improving separator and return pulverized coal valve configuration of coal tube mills, adjusting ball charge, damper angle and size of separator, decreasing refractory belt area etc. comprehensive measures, the coal content in fly ash has been decreased from 20% to about 6%, the NOx emission has been decreased from 1 500 mg/m3 to about 1 000 mg/m3, meanwhile, the serious slag building problem on the refractory belt of furnace has been solved too.
