电厂煤粉锅炉低NO_x燃烧的研究
Study of low NOx combustion of utility pulverized coal-fired boiler
【摘要】 针对江西省贵溪火电厂3号锅炉(125MW、420t/h)、建立了NO_x排放的一维数值模型,同时对该炉进行低NO_x燃烧排放测试,证实了该模型的可行性;为了解锅炉实际运行的NO_x排放特性,通过试验认为一次风速、过剩空气系数、锅炉负荷和磨煤机投停是影响N0_x生成的主要因素,并运用该模型重点分析缩腰配风条件下锅炉燃烧工况对NO_x排放的影响。
【Abstract】 Based on the operation practice of No.3 420l/h boiler in Jiangxi Guixi Power Plant, one-dimensional numerical model of low NOx emission was set up, which was verified through comparing with, the experiment result of NOx emission. Meanwhile through this model, the emission characteristics of NO, and the impact of actual operation conditions on the NOx emission were emphatically analyzed. It was held that, the fuel characteristics, air distribution pattern, pulverized coal distribution, putting into operation and shutdown of coal pulverizers and boiler load were the main factors influencing the NOx generation. In the actual operation of boiler, it is possible, on the premise of ensuring the efficiency of boiler, through the model to regulate the adjustable quantities of each layer and to forecast the NOx generation, so as to realize the objective of minimizing NOx.
