变频器输出滤波器的模糊优化设计

【摘要】 该文基于模糊集理论研究了变频器输出滤波器的模糊优化设计问题。文中根据基波压降、电容支路电流和谐波总畸变的工程约束范围建立了滤波器电感值及电容值的模糊限制集,提出了以满意度为综合指标的模糊优化目标函数,它是费用因素、谐波总畸变、电容谐波电流和电感基波压降的加权之和,给出了目标函数的求解方法。仿真与实例设计表明,采用模糊优化设计结果,不仅能够满足各种性能指标要求,更重要的是传动系统的安全裕度得以提高。

【Abstract】 Installing passive filters at inverter output terminals is an effective method for suppressing the deleterious effects of inverters on motor drive systems. To ensure the stable operation of electric drive systems, the parameters of the components of the filter must meet such constraints as the voltage drop of the fundamental frequency, the high frequency harmonic currents, the current of the fundamental frequency, and the cutoff frequency. In engineering, these constraints in essence are blurry. The optimization problem of these constraints for an inverter output filter is studied based on fuzzy set theory. The fuzzy constraint sets of inductors and capacitors, in terms of the engineering constraints such as the voltage drop of the fundamental frequency, the capacitor branch current, and the total harmonic distortion, are established. A fuzzy objective function, which is the weighted sum of the cost, the total harmonic distortion, the harmonic current of the capacitor branch, and the voltage drop across the inductors, called as satisfaction level for practical engineering applications is proposed. The method for solving the objective function is given. Simulation and experiment results show that the proposed optimization design method can not only meet the performance requirements, but also enhance the safety margin of induction motor drive systems.
