低强度脉冲超声对关节软骨缺损修复影响的初步观察
Primary Observation of Low Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound on Repair of Articular Cartilage Defect
【摘要】 目的 :观察低强度脉冲超声对兔膝关节软骨缺损修复的影响。方法 :于 3 0只兔股骨髁间窝软骨面处钻孔 ,术后左后肢膝关节缺损处以低强度脉冲超声辐照 ,右后肢予以假照作为对照。分别于术后 2周、 4周和 8周处死 ,作大体及病理组织学观察。结果 :大体观察和组织学观察均表明治疗组修复比对照组提前 ,且修复组织中蛋白多糖含量明显增加。结论 :低强度脉冲超声能促进关节软骨缺损修复
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of low intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPU) on articular cartilage defects.Methods:Thirty healthy white New Zealand adult rabbits wi th bilateral,full-thickness osteochondral defects in the cartilage surfaces of intercondylar fossas were used.The left knees in these animals were treated.The right knees were sham-treated.Groups of 10 animals were sacrificed at 2,4 and 8 weeks postoperatively.Results:Both gross and histological appearances showed th e tissue repair of the experimental sides was quicker than those of the control sides.Conclusions:Our paper indicated that LIPU can accelerate a rticular cartilage defect repair.
