【摘要】 目的 :评价自行研制的可控性尿液引流袋在妇科术后患者膀胱体操中的临床应用效果。方法 :随机选择 2 0 0例妇科术后需长期留置导尿管的患者 ,分为试验组和对照组。试验组用自行研制的可控性尿液引流袋控制尿液排放 ,对照组按传统方法分为钳夹、胶布粘贴、线绳结扎 3个小组 ,用传统方法控制尿液排放 ,观测操作时间及操作成功率。结果 :除钳夹小组外 ,可控性尿液引流袋在操作时间、操作成功率上明显优于对照组 ,两者比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :可控性尿液引流袋可有效控制尿液排放 ,缩短操作时间 ,提高操作成功率 ,可在临床推广更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical appliance of the homemade controllable urine drainage bag in the gynaecology carcinoma patients’ bladder gymnastics after surgery. Methods: 200 women patients were selected by random who needed indwelling catheter after surgery over a long period of time. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group used the homemade controllable urine drainage bag to control the urine discharge. The control group used the traditional methods (including jaw subgroup, rubberized fabric adhere subgroup and thread ligation subgroup) to control the urine discharge, observe the operation time and its successful rate. Results: But the jaw subgroup, the operation time and operation successful rate of the controllable urine drainage bag was superior to the control group distinctly. Comparing two groups, there was significant difference (P<0 01). Conclusion: The controllable urine drainage bag can control effectively urine discharge, shorten operation time, raise operation successful rate and can be popularized in the clinic.更多还原
