【摘要】 介绍了CF卡的基本结构和工作原理 ,设计了 80 5 1与CF卡的接口电路和系统软件 ,按照FAT16格式实现了基于 80 5 1的CF卡文件系统 ,并在无纸记录仪的数据存储中得到应用

【Abstract】 The basic structure and operational principle of CF card are introduced. The interface between 8051 and CF card and system software are designed. In accordance with FAT16 format the 8051 based CF card file system is implemented. The system is used in data storage of paperless recorder.
