【摘要】 目的　了解湖南省在实现全民普食碘盐 7年后育龄、妊娠、哺乳期妇女碘营养状况 ,为持续消除碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学的决策依据。方法　随机抽样 ,对城乡的育龄、妊娠、哺乳期妇女采取随意尿样 ,检测尿碘值 ,并以 8～ 10岁儿童作对照。结果　新婚育龄、妊娠、哺乳期妇女人群尿碘中位数正常 ,但妊娠、哺乳期妇女的尿碘水平低于 8～ 10岁儿童尿碘水平。结论　需加强对育龄、妊娠和哺乳期妇女的碘营养监测更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the iodine-nutritional st atus of women duing childbearing age, pregnancy and lactation seven years after universal salt iodization in Hunan for sustainable fighting against iodine def iciency disorders (IDD).Methods Pregnant, lactating and newly-married women i n urban and rural were randomly selected,the students aged 8~10 years were chose n as the normal group,and the levels of urinary iodine were measured.Results The median urinary iodine of three groups of wo men is in normal range, but the level of urinary iodine in pregnancy and lactati on’s was significantly lower than that of the control and childbearing age women .Conclusions Iodine deficiency still exists in the preg nancy and lactation women and the surveillance on the iodine nutrition in the po pulation mentioned should be strengthened.更多还原
