【摘要】 目的　研究大骨节病病情与自然、经济、生产、生活等相关因素的关系。方法　按照大骨节病监测方案要求 ,连续进行 13年的病情监测 ,调查病区居民的膳食结构及生产、生活、经济收入情况 ,将收集的资料进行分析。结果　病区居民年人均主食自产面粉 5 0kg时 ,儿童发硒 <0 .10 μg ,大骨节病X线阳性检出率高达 5 0 %。自产面粉减少到 10kg ,儿童发硒含量 >0 .16μg ,X线阳性检出率下降到 4.5 %。 结论　大骨节病流行的必备因素是病区自产面粉 ,同时也受自然、经济、生产、生活等因素的制约与影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The research observes the relationship among condition and nature,economy,production, and life of KBD.Methods According to the KBD the disease monitor the project,and continuously proceeds 13 years of the condition monitor,and investigate the meal that understand the disease area the resident the construction and production,life,economic income variety circumstance,the date that collections proceed statistics learn to handle.Results Disease area of KBD that oneself produce the flour disease essential factor that spread.Disease area resident the person is all staple food the oneself produce the flour 24%(50 kg),child hair the selenium is lower than 0.10 ugs,X line the male tea outs the rate is high to amount to 50%.The oneself produces the flour to reduce to 6%(10 kg),child hair selenium higher than 0.16 ugs,X line the masculine gender look up the rate to descend to 4.5%.Conclusions KBD occurrence that get sick and spread,besides essential popular factor (the flour of disease areas),still suffer the nature,economy,produce,life etc.Factor of system roughly with the influence.更多还原
