【摘要】 目的报告肱骨分叉式交锁髓内钉(BLIN型钉)治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效。方法用BLIN型钉治疗肱骨干骨折20例,钢板治疗肱骨干骨折29例,分别从手术情况、并发症、生物力学、骨折愈合情况、功能恢复等方面进行比较。结果随访4～16个月,钢板组平均骨折愈合时间4.2月,术后桡神经麻痹4例,螺钉松动、钢板弯曲1例,骨不连2例。BLIN型钉组平均骨折愈合时间9.6月,术后无一例发生桡神经麻痹,无一例钢钉折弯或断裂,骨折愈合牢固可靠,功能恢复良好。结论肱骨分叉式交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折,虽然骨折愈合时间较钢板长,但其他方面均优于钢板。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report the effect of humeral branch locking intramedullary nails (BLIN nail) used in operative treatment of humeral shaft fractures. Methods Of the 49 cases of humeral shaft fractures, 20 were treated with BLIN nails, and 29 were treated with plates. They were compared in terms of operation, complication, biomechanics, healing time and functional recovery. Results The follow ups of 4～16 months showed that the mean healing time was 4.2 months for the plate group and 9.6 months for the BLIN nail group. In the plate group, temporary radial nerve palsy occurred in 4 cases, loosing screw and bending plate in 1 case and nonunion postoperatively in 2 cases. In the BLIN nail group, there were a strong and stable healing and a good functional recovery without any radial nerve palsy or bending or breaking nail after operation. Conclusion Humeral branch locking intramedullary nails are more effective than plates in treating humeral shaft fractures except for a longer healing time.更多还原
