【摘要】 报告临床表现不完全相同的经典型Kaposi肉瘤 (KS) 4例 ,其中皮损斑块型、结节型各 2例 ,初诊时均被误诊。经组织病理检查符合KS ,免疫组化检查FⅧRAg、UEA 1、CD3 4 标记均阳性 ,HIV抗体梅毒血清检查 ,阴性排除AIDS相关。确诊为非AIDS相关KS经典型。提示无明确原因出现斑片、斑块、结节损害 ,长期治疗效果不明显且诊断不明确的病例 ,应尽早做皮肤活检 ,必要时进行免疫组化检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four cases of typical Kaposi sarcoma with varying clinical presentations,which included 2 cases with nodular lesions,2 case plaque,respectively.Pathological changes proved KS with positive results of detection of CD 34 ,factor Ⅷ related antigen,UEA-1,and negative results of anti-HIV antibody and treponemal sera test(USR,RPR and TPHA) which excluded AIDS related KS.So the four cases of KS were not AIDS-related and belong to the typical type of KS.Therefore,as for suspect cases with plaques or patches or nodules without definite reasons and without obvious effect for long-term therapy,it’s better to practice biopsy as soon as possible and immunohistochemical stain when needed.更多还原
