一种基于电动机位移检测系统的设计与实现
Design and implementation of displacement sensor system based on electromotor
【摘要】 随着电子技术和单片机技术的快速发展,人们利用单片机以及传感器对电动机可以进行精确的控制.首先介绍了作为新型电动机位移检测的光栅技术的基本原理以及光栅自身的一些优点,如易于与计算机进行接口,测量精度高以及抗干扰能力强等一些其他传感器所不具备的优点.最后结合检测电路的基本原理给出了光栅位移检测传感器与单片机接口的硬件电路.
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the technology of electron and single chip micyoco,the electromotor can be accurately controlled by single chip micyoco and sensors. In this paper,we introduced the basic principle of the uptodate technology for electromotor of raster and its superiority to other sensors, such as interfacing computer,high precision and good stability.Finally,the basic principle of interface circuit of raster displacement sensor and single chip micyoco was given by basic principle of the interface circuit.
