铈锆氧化物固溶体对全钯三效催化剂性能的影响

【摘要】 采用共沉淀技术制备出了Ce0 .6 Zr0 .4 O2 固溶体 ,并对其进行了比表面积测试和XRD表征。将其用于全钯三效催化剂的制备 ,考察了Ce0 .6 Zr0 .4 O2 对三效催化剂性能的影响。结果表明 ,Ce0 .6 Zr0 .4 O2 具有和CeO2 相似的立方结构 ,其比表面积随着温度的升高下降速度比CeO2 慢。和含CeO2 的三效催化剂相比 ,含Ce0 .6 Zr0 .4O2 的三效催化剂经高温老化后 ,HC、CO、NO仍具有较高的转化率和较低的起燃温度

【Abstract】 Ce 0.6Zr 0.4O 2 solid solution was prepared by coprecipitation technique and characterized by XRD and specific surface area measurements. Ce 0.6Zr 0.4O 2 was used to prepare palladium-only three-way catalyst(TWC) and its influence on the performance of TWC was investigated. The results show Ce 0.6Zr 0.4O 2 has a cubic structure similar to CeO 2, but its specific surface area decreased slowly as the calcination temperature increased. Being aged at high temperature Ce 0.6Zr 0.4O 2 still showed higher conversion of HC, CO and NO and lower lightening temperature in comparison with CeO 2 TWC.
